Always unexpected, a traumatic event makes an individual experience the realty of death. The care given by the entourage will impact how the victim recovers from the event. However, the good intention is insufficient for an adequate support.
Who, inside and outside the affected system, should do what, in terms of response, and when? What are the victims psychosocial needs? What approach should be promoted among caregivers? How can we also take care of those who take care?
