Invitation letter Visa application

Visa application procedures may vary depending on the country of origin, and in many cases, an official invitation letter from the exhibition organizer is required among the application documents. This letter serves to justify the purpose of the trip and to confirm the seriousness of the application. 

As organizers, we can, upon request, issue such an invitation letter to facilitate the participation of international visitors in our event. It is important to note that this letter constitutes a simple administrative formality and does not imply any financial commitment on the part of the organizer. Travel, accommodation, and all other expenses remain entirely the responsibility of the visitor. 

To receive an invitation letter, it is necessary to provide: 
  • a copy of the valid passport of the person applying for the visa; 
  • an employer's certificate confirming the applicant's position and professional participation in the exhibition.
