You will also discover available training courses as well as the functions and responsibilities that may be entrusted to you subsequently. Following the summary report of the Beauvau on Civil Security published in September 2025, and as new legislation is about to be introduced, our civil security model is on the verge of being rethought. Faced with the contemporary realities encountered by emergency and urgent care professionals, will this reform be able to meet the challenges? And, in this renewed landscape, how will the missions of the various professional bodies be coordinated?

Providing assistance during a cardiac arrest can be a profound experience. Once the victim is taken care of by professionals, it is important for Staying Alive to look after those who responded to the alert. Romain and Gaëtan are our coordinators in the Somme and Seine-et-Marne regions, and they will be present to highlight their role: listening, supporting, guiding, identifying needs, answering questions from citizen rescuers, and preventing potential difficulties. We will discuss the reasons behind the launch of this coordinator program and the tools implemented to measure Staying Alive's impact to improve the support provided to our citizen rescuers. Based on their experience, Romain and Gaëtan will share the data they collect and how it helps advance the chain of survival.

This demonstration builds upon our recognized expertise in bariatric care, which we aim, once again, to elevate to its most advanced level. This demonstration will combine formats presented in 2022 and 2024, enriched by our experience feedback and recent material and organizational developments.

This conference aims to shed light on the causes and dynamics of incivility, share field testimonials, and present concrete prevention strategies: training, awareness, tools, and operational solutions. Featuring Caroline Iweins from the Bossons Futé association, Florence Abily (Club Inter-Entreprises pour la Prévention des Incivilités, Modus Vivendi Conseil), and Cabinet Crise Up—three committed experts who will share their knowledge and experience.

In a context of economic austerity, the purchasing departments of pre-hospital emergency stakeholders are under pressure. How can two seemingly opposing paradigms be reconciled? How can sustainable development be integrated in the face of such strong budgetary constraints? Is any long-term vision doomed in this context? Elements of response will be provided in this forum with representatives from purchasing departments, central purchasing bodies, and suppliers. A forum moderated with the support of the purchasing department teams from the Ministry of Interior.

In the face of multiplying major crises that increasingly impact territories, emergency, urgent care, and crisis management professionals can no longer operate without consulting each other. At the end of the chain, an essential link, yet still too little invested in, deserves broader consideration: the population. Citizen engagement, preparation of local elected officials, training, and information are all indispensable levers to strengthen the resilience of our territories.

This session highlights the collaboration between Renault and the fire and rescue services in the development of Rescue Sheets, combining manufacturer expertise with field feedback to ensure tools are perfectly suited for emergency interventions. Special focus will be placed on Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) converted by Qstomize. Their technical specifications necessitated the creation of dedicated Rescue Sheets. The next step is the implementation of QRescue codes on these vehicles—a major innovation for Qstomize, which will use the exhibition to make the official announcement.
