The mission of French Health Reserve is to contribute to the strengthening of the health system in order to respond to situations of disaster, emergency or serious health threats. It intervenes prudential in the event of a potential health threat, in emergency situations in a disaster situation, or in immediate post-crisis situations when the conventional means of the health system are no longer sufficient.
