Today, 500,000 citizen responders are registered on the Staying Alive app, ready to intervene in the event of cardiac arrest. During an intervention, every actor plays a decisive role, from the moment the alert is triggered to the support provided to the citizen responder after the event. This round table gives a voice to those who embody the chain of survival: a cardiac arrest survivor, the citizen responder who intervened, an emergency services representative, and a departmental coordinator. Their shared perspectives will help illustrate how their actions complement one another.
