Accredited Civil Security Associations (AASC, UDSP, RCSC): From volunteering to diverse forms of volunteering. How to structure citizen response in departments?

Mar 20, 2026 — 02:00 pm - 5:00 PM
Salle Hermès - Forum des Corporations

Description

Volunteers from accredited civil security associations, municipal reserves, firefighter associations, etc.: all these committed citizens often don't know each other, yet they find themselves working together in the field. How can we avoid the dispersion of civil security volunteering? How can we identify complementarities between these essential actors? How can we establish synergies at the national and, especially, departmental levels? These are the terms of the debate proposed by this forum, enlightened by the recent Beauvau synthesis report and in the presence of representatives from the three components of civil security volunteering: the Red Cross for AASCs, the FNSPF for firefighters, and the AMF for Municipal Reserves. The program includes: - Presentation of the different forms of volunteering and communication between the various representations - Dispersion, complementarity, and synergies of civil security volunteering A forum hosted by the National Civil Protection Council (CNPC)
