The FÉDÉRATION DES SECOURISTES FRANÇAIS CROIX-BLANCHE is present in 64 departments on the metropolitan territory but also in the overseas departments and territories, or 184 local associations.
The head office is located in Bussy Saint Martin (77). Our Federation is made up of 3,258 active first aiders, including 107 trainers and 23 OSH trainers.
Our main actions revolve around first aid training, the implementation of First Aid Devices, participation in emergency plans, participation in the fight against COVID19.
